DIY Finger and Emotion Printable Stick Puppet – Play Tips

Let’s put the fun in feelings! We’re so excited to visit Cici’s Meditation Station to learn all about mindfulness, meditation, and emotions.

Coloring, creativity, and kindness go hand-in-hand with this DIY finger and stick puppet printable! Kids can play with them all summer long to practice identifying and expressing different emotions.

Set Up Time:  10 minutes

Activity Time:  30 minutes

What You’ll Need: 

Play Tips:

1. Use the finger puppets to role play and help encourage your child to explore different emotions in a safe, fun way.

2. Make up a story for the Sumville friends to act out together. 

3. Read your child a story and talk about how the characters in the story have similar or different emotions from the Sumville finger puppets.
